We are ready to work outside and be able to finalize some project plans and events for this year. In the meantime. We will continue our inside work of sorting and labeling the archives and doing other mundane but important chores that would be quite boring to write about.  But we do have some cool things that just showed up. One of which is a nice donation of Amtrak books, towels, route guides, menus and timetables.  Ted Shrady donated these and we are quite pleased with that.

Our Treasurer Amy is showcasing some cool items in the donation. The Amtrak book was one we did not have in the archives. All kinds of goodies as you can see.

These items will be part of the reset Exhibition of Amtrak History after the cars are moved and refurbished. If you would like to help our cause please click here to see what it is all about and how to support the project. We Thank You in advance for your help.

Next up is these neat photos.  They will also be part of the decor in the reset Exhibition of Amtrak History.

The two photos had no caption. If you have any info on them. Please email it to me at president@aprhf.org. I was sad to find them in broken frames tossed in a corner at the Trainparty building. They are clean and pretty now.

The last thing is this HO scale layout. It was a score off a Facebook swap shop page. A little TLC and some trains. It will look really nice in someone elses home. The plan is to raffle this layout as a fundraiser. Maybe something to be given away at Christmas. If you have any HO buildings or trains that you would like to donate.
